The Schuylkill Economic Development Corporation (SEDCO) has retained Precision Design for the development of a new, responsive, website to promote the agency’s economic development efforts within the Interstate 80, 81 and 78 corridors in central and eastern Pennsylvania.

sedco-logo-rgbSEDCO is a community-based, private, not-for-profit organization with more than 60 years of experience in assisting companies to locate or expand their operations here.

“Our firm has completed numerous projects for economic development corporations throughout Northeastern Pennsylvania and we are excited to be redeveloping the SEDCO website so it will be modern and present the information in a logical manner whether the viewer is using a computer, iPad, iPhone or other mobile device,” said David C. Haupt, Precision Design’s president.

SEDCO presently manages 12 industrial sites representing over $1 billion in capital investment. They have extensive experience with project financing, site search and tour services, and facility/park construction and management.

The new website will feature available buildings and land in Schuylkill County and will present information about all of the economic development services the agency provides.

Work on the redesign of the website has begun and it is expected to be launched sometime in August.
